Bob Springer, CCIM has been a broker for ten years in Austin, focusing on land development, primarily in single family and large industrial sites. Prior to getting into brokerage, Bob spent 13 years with the Economic Development Department of the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), where he assisted Central Texas communities with their business recruitment and relocations efforts and site selection processes. His efforts resulted in the creation of more than 3,000 jobs and $200M in capital investment in Central Texas. Bob also is the developer of a new 10-building office condo project in Cedar Park.
