Eric Davis, CCIM, has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate and economic development. He has extensive experience in site selection, incentive negotiations, real estate project management and commercial/industrial land use planning. In addition to development and brokerage, Eric has held positions as Director of Development Services for KSA Engineers and for Adams Engineering, President of the Owensboro, KY Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development, President of the Sherman Economic Development Corporation and Executive Vice President of the Tyler Economic Development Council. Eric also serves on the city council in Jonestown, Texas.
